Affiliate Resolutions To Keep In 2019

This week is all about New Year’s Resolutions. The team have returned to the office motivated, focused and ready to make 2019 our best year yet!

We’ve been talking about our big resolutions for 2019, and we want to share some New Year’s Resolutions for Affiliates that you can actually keep!

Test
– Slavina, Key Account Manager
Before you decide a traffic source doesn’t work for you and forget about it forever, make sure you have tested sufficiently. It’s important to reach statistical significance before analysing your data. Test different versions of landing pages and banners – change colours, call to actions, angles, etc. If your campaign isn’t getting the results you expected, speak with your Account Manager or the Support Team who can review your campaign with you and find ways of getting the results you deserve. You can also see the most common reasons why your campaign may not be getting traffic, as well some tips for getting the traffic flowing again.

Go Native!
– Anna, Sales Director
2019 is going to be the year of The Native Ad. After rising popularity in 2018, we’re set to see a record number of publishers hosting Native Ad spots on their websites. It’s never been so easy to set up a Native campaign, with a Native Ads Guide, a video tutorial and even the mistakes that you should avoid.

Explore
– Lucia, Advertiser Account Manager
Whether it’s by experimenting different GEOs, looking for new offers in different verticals or testing different types of traffic – it’s time to explore! Are there any new ad formats that you could test? Take a look the traffic sources added every week to our platform and use the new year motivation to step out of your comfort zone and find new niches. There’s money to be made!

Travel
– Peter, CEO
In an online business, it’s easy to forget we are dealing with people all the time. This year, take some time to travel and meet some of your partners in the many industry conferences available worldwide. It can do wonders for your business! Take a look at where the TrafficStars team are heading this year, as well as links to book a meeting with us!

Keep the conversation going
– Mark, Head of Marketing
We’ve made it easier than ever before to keep in touch with us. In 2018 we launched a Live Chat feature for all customers within their admin panel where they will be able to directly contact a member of the team whenever they want, without leaving their account! Make sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to receive industry news, the latest ad spots available as well as hints and tips on how to make the most out of working with TrafficStars!
