We had a blast at The European Summit Lisbon! The show, which brought together over 1,500 professionals from the online entertainment industry, took place in Cascais (only 30km away from Lisbon!) between March 2nd and 5th 2018 at The Oitavos Hotel.
As it is such an important, productive show for our industry, we knew that the #TrafficStarsTeam needed to be properly represented in the lusitanian lands.
So, we sent Peter, Urte, Anna, Rachel, Nicole, Mark, Tanguy and Ainhoa for the task – and they did a great job!
The show was incredibly successful – filled with productive meetings with existing clients, plenty of new contacts, and our team participated in most of the parties and events.
One of the highlights was the exclusive BBQ we were hosted for some of our clients. Our team was headquartered at the Stella Cascais Luxury House II for the duration of the conference, and we decided to invite 25 VIP clients over, to enjoy a BBQ prepared by a talented, local chef serving up specially-prepared, local food. It was definitely a great night with great company!
Nevertheless, what we’re most proud of is definitely our workshop on the Latest Trends In Adult Online Advertising, presented by Peter, Urte, Anna and Mark. During a one hour presentation, they covered a variety of topics, such as the ongoing changes in the online advertising landscape caused by the new ad standards enforced by the Coalition for Better Ads – and, namely, Google; the new advertising formats everyone is talking about in 2018: Native Ads, Video Pre-Roll and Postitial. The team also discussed the importance of banner traffic and tablet devices – which shouldn’t be forgotten; and shared some advice on optimization and campaign strategies.
Finally, the workshop was wrapped up with a big announcement: our platform now provides the most powerful retargeting tool in the industry. Combined with other targeting capabilities and hourly stats updated in real time, these tools offer endless possibilities to advertisers, who will be able to make the most out of every dollar invested in advertising.
