Advertiser Account Manager – German market (Barcelona)

As Advertiser Account Manager, you will drive online sales and increase the number of advertisers buying our traffic. You will be working within an international marketplace with highly motivated and determined coworkers.

We are looking for a sharp, passionate and results-driven candidate who will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of advertisers and also to prospect new ones.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar position for a period of at least 2 years and must have a passion to learn new things and succeed in a dynamic environment.

TrafficStars is a powerful, self-serve Ad Network and Ad Exchange, buying and selling worldwide traffic with OpenRTB protocol capabilities. TrafficStars serves more than 1.5 billion ad impressions per day and is home to over 30 members of staff based in offices in Cyprus, Barcelona and Montreal.

Your responsibilities

  • Support advertisers in creating, managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
  • Daily account management, including communication with direct advertisers, media buyers and CPA networks.
  • Monitor traffic and revenue activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to  advertisers.
  • Prospect and sign up new advertisers and  build long term relationships.
  • Generate and analyse sales reports.
  • Represent TrafficStars at international trade shows around the world.


  • Excellent English and German skills in both written and verbal communication (any additional language will be highly valued)
  • Confident working with adult content
  • 2 years experience in Online Marketing. Previous experience working for an ad network or affiliate network is ideal
  • Perfect knowledge and understanding of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in online conversion optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Innovative and excellent interpersonal skills
