RTB Account Manager (Barcelona)

We are looking for new colleagues to join our team and help us provide the best possible service to our clients. As RTB Account Manager, you will quickly understand the value of our partners and make sure they always come first. You will work within an international marketplace, in which you will focus on growing revenues and the number of RTB clients and support them on both the SSP and DSP side by ensuring the technical setup is optimized to its maximum potential.

We are looking for a sharp, passionate and results-driven candidate who will quickly be able to work with little-to-no supervision.

TrafficStars is a powerful, self-serve Ad Network and Ad Exchange; buying and selling worldwide traffic with OpenRTB protocol capabilities. TrafficStars serves more than 1.5 billion ad impressions per day and is home to over 30 members of staff based in offices in Cyprus, Barcelona and Montreal.

Your responsibilities

  • Support of current RTB partners.
  • Monitoring of daily RTB business and identification of potential issues and opportunities.
  • Prioritization and management of new and pending RTB connection requests by identifying the business potential of a specific partner.
  • Communicate between our Cyprus-based tech team and our RTB partners to ensure the best possible setup for each side.
  • Guide regular advertisers towards programmatic media-buying through RTB.
  • Source new potential partners to connect to our RTB infrastructure on both supply and demand-side.
  • Follow and communicate RTB-related topics on all types of channels to make sure we are always up to date with the latest trends.
  • Represent TrafficStars at relevant international events and tradeshows around the world.


  • Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication (any additional language, especially Russian, will be highly valued)
  • Confident working with adult content
  • Perfect understanding of RTB infrastructures (Open RTB, XML)
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding
  • Organized with a high sense of structure
  • Passionate about digital advertising and up to date with online trends
  • Highly attentive and analytical
  • Team player rather than individualist
  • Great negotiation skills
  • 2+ years experience in online advertising
