Now You Can Live Chat with TrafficStars

At TrafficStars we’re always working to provide you the best support you could wish for! And when you speak up, we listen. That’s why we have just launched a brand new live chat feature.

Starting today, anyone with a registered account can chat directly with the support team or their dedicated account manager from within the admin panel dashboard. All you have to do is click on the chat icon on the lower right corner of your screen:

That’s it! Send us a message if you need help with your campaigns or if you just need help finding your way around the platform.

This move is part of a greater project of improving our support to all customers – which is why we’ve also completely reworked our Knowledge Base to make it easier for you to find the answers to your questions on your own time and pace.

Another big advantage of our new Live Chat feature is that you’ll be notified by email when our support agent replies to your question if you’re logged out – and it’s super easy to pick up the conversation where you left off once you log back in!

Our team will be online and ready to help between 09:00 and 18:30 CET. If you need help outside business hours, send us your message and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
