TrafficStars has announced the launch of a brand new advertising format through its advertising platform – the Video Pre-Roll format. TrafficStars’ Video Pre-roll is a video ad of up to 20 seconds, which plays before the content and allows the user to skip the ad after 6 seconds. The format fits perfectly in line with Google’s ad formats on YouTube and therefore is considered to be non-intrusive and user-friendly.
TrafficStars managing director Peter Rabenseifner commented on the release: “Our team worked hard to develop this technology and make Video Pre-Roll ads available for desktop and mobile websites. The format is live worldwide, on mobile and desktop devices, on TrafficStars’s partner website xHamster.com as of February 1st. The new ad format has launched with an exciting partnership with German toy brand Satisfyer in Germany and Austria, along with many more campaigns from various clients in verticals such as dating and livecams.
