We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Generalist for our company TrafficStars, a global leader in digital advertising. Your role will involve maintaining our friendly and professional team, as well as developing and implementing personnel management strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the recruitment process: posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Developing and implementing a new employee adaptation program.
- Maintaining personnel management documentation.
- Organizing corporate and team-building events.
- Developing and implementing a system of staff motivation and incentives.
- Advising employees on labor legislation and internal company rules.
- Participation in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops for employees.
- Conducting employee satisfaction analysis and developing measures to improve the work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel management.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel record keeping.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for working with documentation and communicating with foreign colleagues.
- Desire to develop and improve professional skills in personnel management.
