We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Generalist for our company TrafficStars, a global leader in digital advertising. Your role will involve maintaining our friendly and professional team, as well as developing and implementing personnel management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the recruitment process: posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
• Developing and implementing a new employee adaptation program.
• Maintaining personnel management documentation.
• Organizing corporate and team-building events.
• Developing and implementing a system of staff motivation and incentives.
• Advising employees on labor legislation and internal company rules.
• Participation in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops for employees.
• Conducting employee satisfaction analysis and developing measures to improve the work environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in personnel management.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel record keeping.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with documentation and communicating with foreign colleagues.
• Desire to develop and improve professional skills in personnel management.
