TrafficStars is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to actively support the growth of the Publishing Department in the APAC region. This multi-tasking role offers an opportunity to build a strong career in online advertising and further develop your skills in AdTech and traffic monetization.

You will work in a multinational, fast-paced environment with supportive and dedicated colleagues. We are looking for a person with strong negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for the Online Advertising and AdTech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for the Publishing Department and move them through the sales cycle
• Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
• Proactively develop publisher portfolio, optimize ad placements, and improve publisher revenues
• Support the Publishing Department with ad hoc tasks (data analysis, reporting, communication across channels)
• Work closely with the Compliance team on traffic fraud checks and suspected fraudulent activity
• Possibility to attend conferences and industry events worldwide

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client relationship skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Excellent English level; knowledge of Malay / Indonesian / Vietnamese will be a strong plus
• Strong understanding of client approach strategies and relationship-building techniques
• Interest in AdTech, traffic monetization, and performance marketing models
• Ability to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize leads efficiently
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
• Analytical thinking and confidence working with data
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the wider team
• Experience in affiliate marketing / lead generation / media buying is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of HTML, JS, and CSS will be considered a plus
