If your experience is limited to “managing a CRM implementation project” without changing sales team behavior, this role is not a fit.
We are looking for someone who can bring structure to sales through CRM and enforce disciplined usage.
Responsibilities:
- Audit current sales processes and eliminate chaos;
- Design and implement an effective sales operating model within CRM;
- Set up pipelines, stages, automations, and working rules;
- Establish CRM as the single source of truth for the pipeline;
- Drive mandatory CRM adoption across the entire sales team;
- Ensure data quality and process compliance;
- Build transparent reporting and sales visibility;
- Integrate CRM with internal tools;
- Bring the system to a state where it runs without manual supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing CRM with measurable results (not just participation);
- Experience with HubSpot / AmoCRM / Zoho is required;
- Strong ability to design and optimize sales processes via CRM;
- Experience changing sales team behavior and enforcing discipline;
- Understanding of what a healthy pipeline and manageable sales process look like;
- Ability to handle resistance from both team members and management;
- Experience working with developers and managing integrations;
- Strong focus on business outcomes, not “implementation for the sake of implementation”.
