We're looking for a leader for the direction that sits at the heart of our product: advertisers' platform. This is where advertisers plan, launch, and scale their campaigns, and where the core value of TrafficStars comes to life.

As the owner of this direction, you will:

• Own the vision and strategy for the advertisers' platform end to end, from campaign creation and targeting to reporting and optimization;
• Turn a complex adtech domain into a clear, intuitive product that advertisers actually enjoy using;
• Set priorities that directly move the metrics at the center of the business — spend, conversion, and advertiser retention;
• Act as the single point of ownership for this direction: aligning development, design, and analytics around one roadmap and one set of goals. a huge Russian-speaking IT community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product strategy in line with the company's goals;
• Work closely with our development teams to optimize resource utilization;
• Conduct A/B testing, validate hypotheses, and optimize the product to improve conversion;
• Monitor product delivery and analyze the data that defines the success of the product and its new features;
• Understand what UX is and how to make the platform user-friendly;
• Prioritize tasks based on data and numbers;
• Plan ahead using Gantt charts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner, preferably in SaaS, adtech, martech, or platform B2B products;
• Experience translating strategy into specific features and metrics: from business goal → roadmap → sprint tasks;
• Ability to formulate and defend product hypotheses, not just collect stakeholder wishlists.
