TrafficStars is expanding the Performance team and is looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop internal services and automate workflows for Performance and Growth teams.

The role focuses on building integrations with advertising platforms, processing performance data, and developing internal tools used by media-buying teams on a daily basis. TrafficStars is a global ad-tech platform handling billions of requests and terabytes of data every day. Responsibilities:

• Develop services and automation tools for Performance and Growth teams
• Build and maintain integrations with advertising platforms and tracking systems via API Automate processes for mass campaign creation, bid and budget management (auto-launch)
• Develop connectors for collecting and aggregating statistics
• Create custom dashboards for monitoring campaign performance
• Develop internal tools, including Telegram / Slack bots, for notifications about campaign issues, anomalies, or account bans
• Provide technical support for the advertising funnel: landing pages, cloaking solutions, postbacks, and correct parameter passing

What We Expect from You:

• 3+ years in adtech or affiliate / performance marketing
  
• Strong knowledge of Python (preferred) or PHP (Laravel / Symfony) or Node.js
  
• Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (Redis)
  
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and experience working with webhooks
  
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer for tasks without a public API
  
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Vue / React for building simple internal interfaces
  
• Basic experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux (bash, cron)
