Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals
- Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain employee records
- Prepare various HR documents, such as employment agreements, changes to employment terms, employer statements, and employment confirmation letters.
- Collaborate with finance and local service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate bank account openings
- Coordinate medical insurance registrations
- Assist with Performance Review
- Help with Language courses and other employee benefits
What We Expect from You:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related
- Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation
- Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws Experience with HRIS platform Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written, with knowledge of Greek being a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
