Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals
  • Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records
  • Prepare various HR documents, such as employment agreements, changes to employment terms, employer statements, and employment confirmation letters.
  • Collaborate with finance and local service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Coordinate bank account openings
  • Coordinate medical insurance registrations
  • Assist with Performance Review
  • Help with Language courses and other employee benefits

What We Expect from You:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same role
  • Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related
  • Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation
  • Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws Experience with HRIS platform Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, both spoken and written, with knowledge of Greek being a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
