The Role
We’re looking for a PR Manager who can build and own global PR at TrafficStars. Not someone who distributes press releases — but someone who knows how to create visibility, shape perception, and turn PR into a growth channel. You will define how TrafficStars shows up in the market — what we say, where we appear, and how often we are part of the industry conversation. This role reports directly to the CMO and has a direct impact on brand positioning and inbound demand.
What You Will Own:
- Build and execute PR strategy from the ground up
- Decide where and how TrafficStars should be visible
- Define success metrics: share of voice, media reach, traffic impact, inbound quality
Media Presence:
- Turn TrafficStars into a consistently visible player in key industry media
- Secure high-quality placements: features, interviews, thought leadership
- Build long-term relationships with journalists and editors
Storytelling & Positioning:
- Define narratives that position TrafficStars as a relevant voice in the industry
- Drive content creation: articles, insights, reports, opinions
- Make sure everything we publish actually gets noticed
PR as a Growth Channel:
- Connect PR efforts to traffic and client acquisition
- Work closely with marketing and sales to support pipeline growth
- Focus on outcomes, not outputs
External Partners:
- Work with PR agencies when needed — but stay accountable for results
- Evaluate ROI and continuously optimize spend
Global Markets:
- Focus on North America and Asia
- Adapt messaging to different markets and audiences
What We Expect:
- 5+ years in PR / Communications
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Advertising
- Proven ability to secure placements in relevant industry media
- Experience working with global markets
- Strong media instincts: you know what’s a story and what isn’t
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of how PR impacts traffic, brand, and business
Strong Plus:
- Existing relationships with industry media
- Experience in performance marketing or ad exchanges
- Understanding of B2B lead generation
This Role Is For You If:
- You want to build something, not maintain it
- You care about impact, not just activity
- You’re comfortable with ownership and visibility
- You want your work to directly influence company growth
We Offer:
- No dress code, no bureaucracy
- Fully official employment with a competitive salary above market level
- Laptop of your choice: Mac or PC
- Medical insurance and mobile communication
- Free lunches, beverages, fresh fruit, and snacks in the office
- Free English course
- Gym membership coverage and fitness reimbursement
- Partial compensation for schools and childcare (50%)
