Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the CEO’s schedule: organize internal and external meetings; document agreements; follow up on execution.
- Arrange business trips and travel logistics.
- Closely collaborate with all company departments to support task execution.
- Prepare presentations and various materials, including those in English.
- Conduct research and gather necessary information.
- Provide basic office management support: manage orders; coordinate vendors and services.
- Handle some personal assignments from the CEO.
Our expectations:
- Experience in organizing and coordinating business processes.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- High level of responsibility and initiative.
- English language proficiency at C1 level; Greek is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- No visa restrictions.
