Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the CEO’s schedule: organize internal and external meetings; document agreements; follow up on execution.
  • Arrange business trips and travel logistics.
  • Closely collaborate with all company departments to support task execution.
  • Prepare presentations and various materials, including those in English.
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information.
  • Provide basic office management support: manage orders; coordinate vendors and services.
  • Handle some personal assignments from the CEO.

Our expectations:

  • Experience in organizing and coordinating business processes.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • High level of responsibility and initiative.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level; Greek is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • No visa restrictions.
