There are several reasons why a campaign is not getting traffic or a campaign that used to get traffic suddenly gets none. In this article, we will describe why your campaign receives zero or very few impressions and the budget remains unspent.

If your campaign does not receive traffic, please check the following settings:

• Check your account balance. Campaigns stop receiving traffic when the account balance has been depleted.
• Too Little Time Has Passed since the campaign's launch.
• Your ad creative was rejected. Check it out in the campaign settings.
• Your bid is too low. Try to raise your bid.
• Check the GEO and targeting settings.
• Check the campaign Schedule. Please check that there is no error in campaign scheduling and time zones.
• The settings of your ad campaign are controversial (e.g. you target a mobile device but have chosen a desktop operation system or desktop version of the browser)
• Compliance flags limit traffic specifically from the chosen ad spots. You need to check the creatives section and see the list of the flags
• Too Narrow Targeting. This can take place when a particular slice you are trying to target doesn’t have traffic. Solution will be to broad your targeting settings.
• Check the budget settings of your campaign. When the campaign's daily budget is reached, it will no longer run for that day and will run the next day. When the campaign's total budget is reached, your ad will stop delivering unless you increase the limit and restart the campaign.
