We are currently opening a position for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) — a key leadership role responsible for developing and scaling all commercial directions, including Advertising, Publishing, and Media Buying.

This position requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full legal employment and comprehensive support for relocating your family.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s entire commercial function, including:
  • Advertising (sales and client base development);
  • Publishing (working with websites and traffic sources);
  • Media Buying (traffic acquisition and performance marketing).
  • Build and implement a commercial strategy across all verticals focused on revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion;
  • Perform financial modeling and revenue forecasting; participate in planning and budgeting;
  • Define and monitor KPIs across departments, manage business units through performance metrics;
  • Build an effective management structure and oversee team leads and department heads;
  • Participate in strategic negotiations and help develop relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or in a similar leadership role in AdTech, FinTech, or online B2B;
  • Strong background in team management with multi-layered structures;
  • Deep expertise in financial analytics and a strong understanding of unit economics;
  • Strong commercial skills and a successful track record in B2B sales;
  • Strategic and operational management capabilities; ability to scale teams and processes;
  • Fluent English is a must.
