If you're using TrafficStars and need to know how to request a refund, it's important to understand the platform's policies and procedures. Refunds are available under specific conditions, and the process varies depending on the timing and payment methods involved. In this article, we'll walk you through the criteria for refunds, the steps to take, and the important details to keep in mind to ensure a smooth process.

How can I request a refund?

  • Refunds can only be requested by contacting TrafficStars’ Support Team.
  • All refund requests are reviewed and approved or rejected based on TrafficStars’ Terms and Conditions (section 12 -REFUNDS).
  • Refunds are available only if your account balance meets the minimum requirement: $250 on balance for WIRE transfers. $50 for other payment methods.

Can I get a refund during the trial period?

  • Yes, if you’re dissatisfied with the services, you may request a refund of your remaining account balance within the first 6 months from your initial deposit (trial period).
  • No transfer fees will be deducted during this period.

What are the refund conditions after the first 6 months? Refunds are available only if your account balance meets the minimum requirement:

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Are refunds available if my account is suspended or terminated?

  • No. If your account is suspended, terminated, or blacklisted due to violations of TrafficStars’ Terms and Conditions (e.g., operating multiple accounts), you are not entitled to a refund. Any remaining funds may be withheld or forfeited.

How are refunds processed?

  • Refunds are issued only for the remaining account balance.
  • They are processed exclusively to the original payment method and in the same currency used for the initial deposit.

What if my original payment method is no longer available?

  • In exceptional cases, TrafficStars may consider an alternative refund method at its sole discretion.
  • You must provide sufficient documentation proving the original payment method is unavailable.
  • If the documentation is deemed valid, TrafficStars will process the refund using an appropriate method. If not, the refund request may be declined.

What happens in case of fraudulent activity?

  • If fraudulent activity or a breach of Terms and Conditions is detected, any remaining funds in the account will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days from the approval date.
  • Additional delays may occur due to third-party payment processors or financial institutions. TrafficStars is not responsible for these delays.
