The ClickHouse cluster is 3.6 petabytes, with over 500 servers located in data centers in Europe and the USA. During peak hours, we process more than 800,000 requests per second. Due to the growth of the IT department, we are opening a vacancy for the position of Lead DevOps. The vacancy implies relocation to Cyprus, in the city of Limassol, and full official employment. Responsibilities:
- Development and support of IT infrastructure in a highly loaded geo-distributed project;
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of infrastructure and services;
- Planning and adherence to the IT infrastructure budget;
- Managing a team of 5 people;
- Process automation;
- Maintenance of ClickHouse, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes clusters;
- Creation and operation of various environments from testing to production;
- Identifying potential problems and participating in creating solutions to address them;
- Searching, testing, and implementing new solutions to optimize current processes and improve the quality of services provided.
What we expect from you:
- Linux;
- Docker, Kubernetes;
- Nginx;
- ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike;
- Experience working with message brokers Kafka;
- Git, Gitlab, Gitlab CI;
- Ansible;
- Prometheus;
- ELK/EFK;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP principles, network services (DHCP, DNS, IPSEC, VPN, SSH);
- Knowledge of any scripting programming language (we use python/golang).
- Required work experience: from 6 years.
