I didn’t receive a verification email. What should I do?

If you have not received an email to verify your email address, you should login to our platform and you will see a message stating “Your email address has not been approved. Check your email inbox and approve your email address. If you have not received your verification email you can Try again."

Click the option to ‘TRY AGAIN’ and a new verification email will be generated.
