TrafficStars is a high-load advertising network with over 10 years in the international market. As our HR department grows, we are looking for a HRD to join our team. The position requires relocation to Limassol, Cyprus, with full official employment and family relocation support. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
  
• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, motivation, employee development, and retention.
  
• Build and develop the HR team, overseeing HR specialists.
  
• Optimize recruitment processes and participate in hiring key specialists.
  
• Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  
• Enhance the employer brand and EVP to attract top talent.
  
• Implement employee performance evaluation systems and conduct performance reviews.
  
• Monitor HR analytics and key metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with department heads on HR-related matters.
  

What We Expect from You:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Director / Head of HR in technology or IT companies.
  
• Deep understanding of HR processes and modern talent management tools.
  
• Proven experience in developing HR strategies and implementing initiatives that impact business performance.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  
• Experience working in international teams and managing employee relocation is a plus.
  
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
