Native ads seamlessly blend into a website's content, resembling its look and feel. They're typically presented in widgets with multiple thumbnails, showcasing ads from various campaigns. Also, advertisers can customize the number of thumbnails in each widget. There are two native types: video, image.
Thumbnails requirements:
- No disturbing imagery. Thumbnails must not contain gruesome, graphic, or otherwise disgusting content.
- Use high-quality images. Thumbnails must not be blurry, pixelated, stretched, or otherwise low quality.
- Ensure the image matches the landing page. The thumbnail must accurately represent the product, service, or content promoted on the landing page and must not be misleading.
- Do not include fake interface elements. Thumbnails must not contain imitation buttons or controls such as play, download, or close buttons.
- Avoid text overlays. Thumbnails should not contain foreground text such as product descriptions, promotional messages, limited-time offers, or calls to action.
- Brand names and logos are allowed.
- Small amounts of incidental background text may be acceptable, but we recommend keeping text to a minimum.
- Use a single, clear image. Each thumbnail must represent one coherent creative. Images that imitate multiple thumbnails (e.g., several images separated by borders or blank space) are not allowed.
