To proceed with the closure, please contact your account manager or send an email to support@trafficstars.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Close account."
You may also contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@trafficstars.com if your request relates to the exercise of your data protection rights under the GDPR (including access, erasure, or other rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR).
Please note that account closure will result in the deactivation of your account and termination of access, and access cannot be restored once the account is closed.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws and our legal obligations, we may retain certain personal data for a limited period of up to 24 months after closure, where required for compliance, legal, tax, or regulatory purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. After this period (or earlier where no longer necessary), the data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
