Office Manager Limassol, Cyprus

TrafficStars is looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and responsible Office Manager who wishes to join our growing team in our office in Limassol. At this position you will be responsible for day-to-day support to the CEO and administrative aspects creating a comfortable and productive work environment. You will be working within an international Ad Network with highly motivated and determined coworkers.

Responsibilities of our future teammate:

  • Assisting company CEO regarding all aspects of professional activities, including business trip arrangements;
  • Providing administrative support for the Company’s employees, making and execute proposals to increase the comfort level of the workplace;
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting;
  • Maintaining the office conditions and arranging necessary repairs;
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery;
  • Handling petty cash, keeping records of invoices and receipts;
  • Assisting with the relocation of foreign employees ((including flights, accommodation and ground transportation);
  • Plan business trips for company’s employees (including flights, accommodation and ground transportation);
  • Assisting the HR Manager with events organization.

Our expectations:

  • Eligible to work in Cyprus;
  • Excellent English and Russian languages in both written and verbal communication;
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting;
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • Attention to details to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly;
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over tasks and resolving issues in a proactive manner;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to use own initiative;
  • Presentable and well mannered.
