We are looking for a Performance Team Lead to drive our media buying strategy, optimize ad campaigns, and lead a high-performing team. Your role will be key in aligning our product development with market trends, ensuring continuous network growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Strategy:

• Manage and mentor the performance team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  
• Define and implement department operations aligned with company goals.
  
• Lead recruitment processes and onboard new team members.
  
• Conduct semiannual performance reviews and quarterly retrospectives to evaluate team progress.

Performance & Optimization:

• Define optimization strategies for existing partners to maximize their ROI.
  
• Increase revenues for publishers through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights.
  
• Identify and exploit traffic trends using business intelligence and data mining techniques.
  

Business Development:

• Generate new business opportunities by onboarding strategic clients.
  
• Represent TrafficStars at international trade shows, fostering industry relationships.
  
• Oversee internal performance projects with Senior Media Buyers and the Full Stack Developer.
  

Qualifications:

• Media Buying Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in media buying within ad networks.
  
• Team Leadership: At least 1+ year of experience managing and mentoring a team.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Solid understanding of APIs, S2S postbacks, trackers and how to integrate/use them.
  • Proficiency in Python, HTML, SQL and any programming language is a strong plus.
  • Ability to write clear, actionable tasks for the tech team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and managing cross-functional projects.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  
• Willingness to travel for international trade shows and business development.
